The Liberals are in a three-front war, and, in our tracking earlier this week, they had lost a little ground on all three fronts. The Liberal surge among NDP partisans experienced a mild reverse. The CPC closed the gap with the Liberals among the unaligned. And the Bloc was moving up in Quebec.
But then Trump started talking about Canada again.
This is the Deep Dive for an online tracking study sponsored and conducted by Innovative Research Group Inc. (INNOVATIVE), which was fielded April 21-23 with N=1200. Results are weighted by age, gender, region, education, and self-reported federal past vote to ensure that the overall sample’s composition reflects that of the actual population according to Census data.
As usual, the report shows vote and leadership numbers tracked by key attitudinal segments, awareness and impact of the campaign narrative for each party, and key Trump attitudes.
In addition, this week includes a debate scorecard.
