8What is a focus group?
A focus group is a form of qualitative market research. An INNOVATIVE research professional leads a discussion with a group of people in a “roundtable” format to ensure that everyone has an equal chance to voice their opinion. If a session is being recorded, you will be made aware of that. At all times you have the option to withdraw from a study and that option will be respected.
9Can my spouse/relative replace my spot in the study?
No. Participants are invited to participate in research studies based on their personal responses, and usually at random. Only those who are invited by INNOVATIVE and meet the study criteria may participate.
